Pepsi Dig In is on a mission to empower Black-owned restaurants with the resources and visibility needed to thrive. During the Superbowl, they invited top chefs from Black-owned restaurants across the country to take over Della’s Kitchen in Las Vegas with their own curated brunch menu. I designed and illustrated a range of items for the event, from cocktail menus to 17 foot tall wall coverings to promote each chef.
